Yakovlev YAK-11 - A two-seat intermediate trainer used by the Soviet Union and its allies. Powered by a 730hp ASh-21 radial engine. Also manufactured under license in Czechoslovakia as the C-11. NATO code name of Moose. This particular aircraft was wrecked on Crete while being ferried to a middle eastern country - recovered and restored in the UK in the mid-1970s with registry of G-AYAK.
